The quote was competitively priced and the standard of care and attention to detail was high including providing felt floor protectors and aftercare cleaning kit. We were given instructions about drying and curing time for the floor. They were knowledgeable about our oak and pine floors. I would definitely recommend.

The team at Unique floor sanding were outstanding from start to finish! I had received a few quotations online (not Checkatrade) from other providers and these were more expensive and didn’t fill me with confidence. After contacting Unique floor sanding they came out and surveyed the same day and provided a reasonable quotation. They were then able to accommodate my required dates which were the following week as my family was away from the house. They kept me appraised at each stage of the work and I am very happy with the finish. Absolutely recommended!
